At Mythic Games Sale, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase from our collection of premium tabletop RPGs, board games, and strategic adventures. We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations. This policy outlines our straightforward process for returns and exchanges to make things right.

Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of your receipt of the shipment. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You’ll also need the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please Note: Due to the nature of our products, opened or used role-playing game books, board games, and card sets (such as Agatha Christie’s Death on the Cards, Dishonored, or Fabula Ultima) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. This is to protect the integrity of our games for all collectors and players.

Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within the 15-day window, please contact our support team at [email protected] to initiate a return or exchange. Please use the email template provided below to ensure we get all the necessary information quickly.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send the item. Please do not send anything back without an RMA number.
  3. Package and Ship: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your proof of purchase and the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the box. Ship the package to the address we provide. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refund Timelines and Methods

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The funds will be issued back to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to be fully reflected in your account.

If you selected an exchange, we will ship the new item to you as soon as the return is processed, using your preferred shipping method.
