Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote regions) to bring worlds like Forbidden Lands, Black Void, and Homeworld: Fleet Command to your table.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Timelines

We offer two reliable shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): $12.95. Your adventure will arrive within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping (EMS): Available for orders over $50. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note that these times are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing.

Our Returns & Exchanges Promise

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving the shipment. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You will also need the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Important Note on Game Integrity: To protect the experience for all collectors and players, opened or used role-playing game books, board games, and card sets cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. This includes, but is not limited to, products such as Agatha Christie’s Death on the Cards, Dishonored, and Fabula Ultima.

Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

1. Initiate Your Request

Within the 15-day window, please contact our support team at [email protected] to initiate a return or exchange. Use the email template below to ensure we get all the necessary information quickly.

2. Wait for Authorization

Our team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send the item. Please do not send anything back without an RMA number.

3. Package and Ship

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your proof of purchase and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Ship the package to the address we provide.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

4. Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refund Timelines and Methods

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The funds will be issued back to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to be fully reflected in your account.

If you selected an exchange, we will ship the new item to you as soon as the return is processed, using your preferred shipping method.
