All prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

• Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): $12.95, delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping (EMS): Available for orders over $50, delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

These timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs processing.

4.3 Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. You must provide proof of purchase.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For the protection of all customers, opened or used role-playing game books, board games, and card sets cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival. This policy preserves game integrity and ensures all players receive unused components.

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our support team at [email protected] within the 15-day window
2. Wait for authorization and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Securely package the item with original packaging, including proof of purchase and the RMA number clearly marked
4. Ship to the address we provide (return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error)

5.4 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges will be shipped as soon as the return is processed using your preferred shipping method.
